" You must add to your conditions that a fully pre-paid rental can NOT be labelled as no-show in case of late arrival. We anticipated that we might arrive late and contacted your back-office. The support offered was very disappointing: a recommendation to rebook at 50% higher costs !!! This was obviously not reasonable. "
