You would think I don't have to accept this, but I had just arrived from a long flight, a long wait at the airport and having been awake since 3am, I was dead tired. I had arranged a cheap car and stepped outside with a car much more expensive + full option insurance. On top he indicated on a flyer which coordinates I had to enter into the GPS to return the car. I had explicitly said that my flight was at 5.45am and that was no problem he said. On the day itself the gate where I had to drop off the car was closed. It only opened at 5am. I was there at 4.15am, in time to catch my flight. After a long call with the call center I was allowed to drop off the car at Terminal 2, apparently I had to drive there straight away and the man at the desk was wrong, he gave me the wrong coordinates. Because of this I missed my flight. Expensive joke! "
