The airline I was flying to Cyprus (Cobalt Air) went bankrupt a couple of hours before my departure. Hence I couldn't get to Cyprus... So in order to recover the money I paid you for services I was not going to be able to use ("act of god") I contacted Auto Europe (via your call center - I believe it's located in Denmark) - as I did for my other costs (flight tickets, hotel booking). My experience there was shocking. I was told I was not getting anything back and while prompting for more info and that I couldn't go direct to Sixt - they just hang up on me.
