As opposed to what is mentioned on the AutoEurope website the rental company can only be reached with van and as there is only one van, that drives very un-regularly this can already take you more than half an hour. the waiting time before the counter is horrific. Very slow service. You will probably receive a smaller car than you paid for and very under-powered for the roads in Guadeloupe. On top of your rental fee they charge you a "cleaning fee" of 29 euro. Pay it or clean the car yourself. Inside and outside or they will charge you 75 euro upon return. "
