" First bad experience while renting a car. The car was a real wreck, held together with screws & tie-wraps. The seat belt didn't work and there were issues with the lighting. I opted for FULL/FULL, but the reality was EMPTY/EMPTY. I have been in touch with te organisation, they were communicative, but not really helpfull. They send me to a garage who confirmed there is nothing he can do, and when I requested for a replacement car they said I should drive (4hours) back to Tirana to switch it. Will never rent here again. "
