" Goede service bij ophalen van de wagen. Er werd niet aangedrongen op extra verzekeringen. We kregen een upgrade naar een zo goed als nieuwe SUV, heel fijn. Bij het baliepersoneel heerst een chaotische sfeer. Alles moet er op een zeer kleine oppervlakte gebeuren. Bij return van de wagen had het personeel onderling een woordenwisseling over de parkeerplaats van de auto, zonder aandacht voor de klant : We stonden er bij en keken ernaar....Ik kreeg pas na lang aandringen een document mee dat bevestigde dat we de wagen in goede staat hadden ingeleverd. Het zou tot 20 dagen duren vooraleer de borg van 800 euro weer losgemaakt wordt. "

" De auto ophalen bij aankomst neemt heel veel tijd in beslag. Lange rij en slecht 1 baliemedewerker. De auto die ik kreeg was kleiner dan besteld. Zij beweerden dat het dezelfde categorie was. in plaats van een volle tank zoals besteld had de auto een halve tank en diende ik hem met een halve tank terug te brengen. Inleveren ging vlot en het schadeformulier werd afgetekend als bewijs dat er geen schade was. "
